Bethune Annex Café is an all-you-care-to-eat Resident Dining location accepting Meal Swipes. Award-winning for its creative, sustainable design, Bethune Annex Café features 11 exhibition cooking stations such as a Mongolian 360, made-to-order pasta, deli, plant-based vegan broth bowls, classics, rotisserie and more! (Summer stations may vary) The Annex offers vegan items like vegan butter, cheese, desserts and jerky upon request. Gluten-free products are also available upon request!
The Annex regularly hosts events from food holidays to special dinners, keep an eye out for the HU Dining monthly calendar to see what events are happening this month!
