Bethune Annex Café is an all-you-care-to-eat Resident Dining location accepting Meal Swipes. Award-winning for its creative, sustainable design, Bethune Annex Café features 11 exhibition cooking stations such as a Mongolian 360, made-to-order pasta, deli, plant-based vegan broth bowls, classics, rotisserie and more! (Summer stations may vary)  The Annex offers vegan items like vegan butter, cheese, desserts and jerky upon request. Gluten-free products are also available upon request!
