HU Dining has partnered with a locally owned business, NuVegan, to bring an express experience to campus! NuVegan offers a vegan twist on soul food favorites! Located just outside of the Punchout in the Blackburn Center, NuVegan caters to audiences ranging from devout vegans to those having vegan food for the first time.
