Do I need to purchase a meal plan?

Students living in required dorms must choose from one of the required meal plans. Students living in another dorm or off campus are free to choose any meal plan.

What are Dining Dollars?

Dining Dollars come with each meal plan or can be purchased as a meal plan.  Dining Dollars can be spent like cash at any on campus dining location.

Can I change my meal plan if it does not fit my needs?

Meal Plans can be changed during the first two weeks of each semester.

If I'm not a Resident Hall Student, where do I buy my meal plan?

If you live off-campus, you can purchase any meal plan through the Bison OneCard Office.

Bison One Cards
Lost or stolen Bison One Cards can be replaced.  Should this happen to you, contact the Meal Plan Coordinator at (202) 806-2109 for more details.

Policies and Procedures
One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your dishes and disposables from your table when you have finished dining.
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that Bison One Cards are non-transferable. These cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.

Also students can purchase a replacement id by using their Bison Bucks in The Bison One Card Office located in the iLab Bdlg. 1st Fl. at 2301 Bryant St. Students paying by cash must go the cashier's office in the Administration Bldg. and then bring the receipt to the Bison Card Office for the replacement id.
